Welcome to WrapGO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WrapGO website, mobile applications, and our proprietary ad-tech services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
WrapGO Technologies provides a bridge between high-impact advertisers and everyday drivers. Our platform utilizes advanced AI-driven tracking to measure impressions and provide real-time data to our partners.
As a driver on the WrapGO platform, you represent and warrant that:
- check_circle You possess a valid driver's license and maintain all required automotive insurance policies.
- check_circle Your vehicle meets our aesthetic and safety standards for wrap application.
- check_circle You will provide accurate data and maintain the GPS tracking hardware as required by your campaign.
Advertisers agree to provide creative assets that comply with all local regulations and WrapGO's content guidelines. We reserve the right to reject any creative that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or technically incompatible with our wrapping materials.
Campaign Metrics
All impression data is calculated using our proprietary AI algorithms and is considered final for billing purposes.
Asset Rights
You grant WrapGO a non-exclusive license to photograph wrapped vehicles for promotional and reporting purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrapGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
WrapGO is not responsible for the physical condition of vehicles beyond the specific application and removal of vinyl wraps performed by our authorized installers. Drivers assume all risks associated with standard vehicle operation.
WrapGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity regarding mileage and impression reporting.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Drivers may be required to visit an authorized center for wrap removal within 7 days of termination.
